At Hilo Hattie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of authentic Hawaiian fashion. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
